Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
Please do not send it to the address on the parcel as it belong to the POSTAL COMPANY and not us. We will not be responsible if you sent it to the wrong address.
All returns are handled in the form of store-credit for future purchases.
We do not provide return labels.
All returns shipping costs will be borne by the sender

Yes, you can opt to change it to a different item of your choice.
All excess will be refunded in the form of store-credit and if insufficient, we'll create an invoice to top-up for the difference
Order cancellation can only take place within 6-hours after order is placed by contacting us via email.
Order cancellation or amendments made after 6-hours after order is placed will not be guaranteed.
Cancellation within the 6hrs time-frame will be refunded back to its original payment method
