RETURNS / EXCHANGE

We accept Returns and Exchange within 7-days upon day of parcel delivery.

Drop us an email at help@hypeessentials.co and we'll get back to you with the Return Address and Instructions within 1-3 Business Days.

Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).

Please do not send it to the address on the parcel as it belong to the POSTAL COMPANY and not us.

All Returns will be handled in the form of Store-credit on future purchases.

Size exchange will be handled in Store-credit for you to re-order the correct sizing.

We do not provide Return Labels. All Return Shipping will be paid by the customer.

HESNTLS takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Please ensure Return Shipping method be via a registered and/or traceable postal service as return parcels remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been signed for at HESNTLS.
