All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 Business Days. Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.

Do check your email for the Order Confirmation Email and ensure address is correct with no missing information. Should a parcel be returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, a reshipment fee of £20 will be charged to reship the parcel or deducted from the refund of your order.

As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.

As much as we try to minimize additional fees when sending out your orders, certain countries have strict custom checks that will inevitably charge import taxes.

All parcel will be declared at $10 which is well under the taxable amount for any country.
