All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 Business Days. Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.

As much as we try to minimize additional fees when sending out your orders, certain countries have strict custom checks that will inevitably charge import taxes.

All parcel will be declared at $10 which is well under the taxable amount for any country.

Should a parcel be charged any import fees, HESNTLS will not be responsible for custom/duties/taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

You will be responsible for any customs or import fees chargeable based on your country tax laws.

All orders are being sent with a tracking number.
