HESNTLS is not associated with any brands and should not be mistaken as a imitation product. Resemblance are purely coincidental.
RETURNS // EXCHANGE
- We accept Returns and Exchange within 7-days upon day of parcel delivery.
- For Orders made from 20th of Nov - 20th of Dec , enjoy 30-days of Return/Exchange (unworn) for Christmas Returns from date of receiving.
How do I return my Order?
- Drop us an email at help@hypeessentials.co and we'll get back to you with the Return Address and Instructions within 1-3 Business Days.
- Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
- Please do not send it to the address on the parcel as it belong to the POSTAL COMPANY and not us.
Will I be refunded back to my bank account?
- All Returns will be handled in the form of Store-credit on future purchases.
- Size exchange will be handled in Store-credit for you to re-order the correct sizing.
Do you provide Return Labels?
- We do not provide Return Labels. All Return Shipping will be paid by the customer.
HESNTLS takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Please ensure Return Shipping method be via a registered and/or traceable postal service as return parcels remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been signed for at HESNTLS.
The product doesn't fit. I need a Size Up/Down.

How do I cancel or change my Order?
- Order cancellation can only take place within 6-hours after order is placed.
- Orders cancelled will be back to original payment method.
- Order cancellation or amendments made after 6-hours after order is placed will not be guaranteed.
